Your information is securely stored in our Hallmaster booking system, only hall trustees and yourself can access your data..
We keep your personal contact details whilst you show interest in hiring one or more of our halls and we will keep your personal data until such time as we are sure you are no longer a customer. We will then dispose your information by deletion from our Hallmaster booking system.
